Ibanda Benjamin is one of the pioneering artists in Uganda to join the NFT space in early 2021 with his highly successful Genesis NFT collection, “My 365 Days of Drawing,” which sold out thanks to support from some of the top collectors in the NFT world.

This collection, which showcased Benjamin’s journey as he made a conscious decision to draw every day for an entire year, was a testament to his dedication to his craft and his commitment to constantly pushing the boundaries of traditional art forms. Since then, Benjamin has released several other collections on platforms such as Foundation and OpenSea, and he has plans to release even more throughout 2023.

In addition to his work in the NFT space, Benjamin has also had the opportunity to showcase his art in exhibitions around the world. In January 2022, some of his NFT artworks were featured at the Global NFT Exhibition in Palazzo Merulana, Rome, Italy,  in June 2022, his NFT artworks were also displayed at the Vizmesh exhibition in Times Square, New York . Benjamin also made history in July 2022 by creating the first NFT artwork drawn live at a motoshow (Kandura Rally) in Dubai.

With his unique vision and cutting-edge approach to art, Ibanda Benjamin aims to become a leading voice in the NFT world and in the coming years.
